America is slipping rapidly in moral and educational standards. Criminals are walking freely on American streets while the law abiding citizens are locking themselves behind bars. We have to thank the liberal politicians and judges.

Now you have to come up with the money to fix the windows.
Insurance companies will not pay for it. If they do, your premium will go up like a rocket plus they will put you on a black list on the database that all the insurance companies know that insurance company had paid 1500.00 for your claim.
After the windows are fixed, he comes back and picked up another rock through into your newly fixed windows. There is nothing as law abiding citizens can do about it. If you trying to hurt this criminal, he will comeback and sue you. If he is a minor, the government will place additional charge on you, CHILD ABUSE!
At this point, if you don't have any additional money to fix your windows, the City will fine you between $100.00 to $ 1,000.00 a day simply because you paid all your taxes and the police officers are not doing their jobs to protect you.
The City government will threaten to through you in jail because they won't let you to protect your properties. Meanwhile, if the police caught the criminal, (that is very very doubtful at least that is my personal experience) the fine for the criminal who broke your windows would be community services. This story happens several hundred time across America . When will this story happen to you.
